About Us

Illuminate Agency is a Melbourne-based film and image studio specialising in real estate photography, videography, and creative content. We work with some of Victoria’s leading property groups, producing high-impact visuals that stand out in a competitive market. As we continue to grow, we’re looking for a detail-driven casual team member to support our post-production workflow and admin operations.

The Role

We’re seeking a Casual Post-Production & Admin Assistant to join our team 2–3 days per week (with flexibility around study or other work commitments). This hybrid role combines light post-production editing with admin and client delivery support - perfect for someone looking to build experience in a creative media environment.

Your responsibilities will include:

Downloading, sorting, and organising photographer uploads.

Basic image prep: cropping, exposure tweaks, formatting exports.

Assisting editors with job folder setup and workflow management.

Proof checking and quality-controlling returned edits.

Handling final exports and delivering to clients.

Updating our booking system and job tracking sheets.

Sending client confirmations and assisting with inbox management.

Supporting invoicing prep and general admin tasks.

About You

We’re looking for someone who is:

Competent with Adobe Lightroom/Photoshop (basic editing skills required).

Skilled with Adobe Illustrator (floorplans, file adjustments, or graphic tweaks).

Highly organised, with strong attention to detail.

Comfortable juggling multiple tasks and deadlines.

A clear and professional communicator (written and verbal).

A self-starter who can work independently with minimal supervision.

Bonus Points

Currently studying or recently graduated in photography, film, or media.

Interest in property, design, or visual storytelling.

Previous admin or client-facing experience.
