Our services include lash extensions, lash lifts, brow lamination, tinting, waxing, facials, tanning, and cosmetic tattooing. With our ongoing growth, we’re now seeking:

A confident and capable Salon Manager to lead our Cornubia team, excel in retail sales, upselling, client rebooking & retention.

Experienced Lash & Beauty Therapists who love what they do and excel in delivering exceptional treatments, confident in retail sales, upsells, client rebooking & retention.

About the Roles

Manager;
We’re looking for a hands-on leader who can combine exceptional beauty therapy skills with strong management abilities. You’ll work closely with the Director to maintain high standards, drive business growth, and inspire your team to achieve their best.Lash & Beauty Therapist;
As a skilled therapist, you'll focus on delivering outstanding treatments, building strong client relationships, and contributing to the salon's overall success.

Key Responsibilities

For All Roles:

Deliver premium treatments, including:

Classic, hybrid & volume lash extensions

Lash lifts & brow lamination

Facials & LED Light Therapy (preferred but not essential)

Face & body waxing, tinting

Spray tanning

Cosmetic tattooing (preferred but not essential)

For Manager (in addition to above):

Oversee daily salon operations – rosters, bookings, stock, compliance

Lead, mentor, and train a small team of therapists

Drive team & individual KPIs, rebooking rates, and retail sales

Manage client feedback and resolution professionally

Support recruitment, onboarding, and staff development

Assist with promotions, content creation, and occasional social media contributions

What We’re Looking For

Salon Manager:

Minimum 3 years’ experience in lash extensions & advanced beauty

Proven leadership/management experience

Strong business acumen & KPI focus

Excellent communication & problem-solving skills

Certificate III/IV in Beauty Therapy (or equivalent)

Therapists:

Minimum 2 years’ salon experience (lashes & brows essential)

Strong technical skills & attention to detail

Client-focused with a passion for beauty

All Roles:

Availability for Saturdays & Thursday evenings

Strong work ethic & reliability

Experience with Timely or similar software (preferred)

Legal right to work in Australia
