Byron Bay First National Real Estate is seeking a motivated and organised individual to join our dynamic sales team in Client Care/Sales Support.
In this key admin role, you’ll support senior agents by coordinating listings, marketing, compliance and client communications — keeping the sales process running smoothly from appraisal to settlement.
What You’ll Do:
· Prepare listing kits and vendor reports
· Manage CRM/database, appointments and agent diaries
· Coordinate marketing, social media and open homes
· Provide exceptional client care and ensure compliance
What We’re Looking For:
· Strong admin, data entry, and organisational skills
· Excellent communicator with attention to detail
· Tech-savvy with Microsoft Office and CRM experience (a plus)
· Confident with social media and digital communication
· NSW Certificate of Registration (or willingness to obtain)
· Driver’s licence and reliable car
