Thanks to a steady increase of mixed-use development projects, they are seeking a Senior Project Leader or Senior Architect to oversee multiple projects from concept to completion. You'll be responsible for managing a team, building trusted relationships with clients and consultants, and ensuring design integrity and delivery excellence. Key Responsibilities

Oversee the end-to-end delivery of large-scale mixed-use, retail & commercial projects

Manage multiple project teams, consultants, and client relationships simultaneously

Lead project design, documentation, and construction phases in Revit

Ensure high-quality outcomes across program, budget, compliance, and design

Mentor junior team members and contribute to studio leadership

Skills & Experience

Minimum 8+ years of experience, with proven leadership in mixed-use and commercial projects

Advanced Revit skills with strong documentation and technical knowledge

Strong client-facing and consultant coordination experience

Ability to lead teams across all stages of project delivery

Excellent communication, time management, and problem-solving skills
