Key Responsibilities

Lead the delivery of hospitality projects, from documentation through to construction

Manage contract administration and ensure high-quality built outcomes

Coordinate with consultants, contractors, and clients across all stages

Mentor junior staff and support a positive team culture

Skills & Experience

Registered Architect in Victoria with 8+ years of post-grad experience

Proven track record delivering hospitality, education, retail projects through construction

Strong coordination, leadership, and mentoring skills

Excellent communication and stakeholder management abilities

Revit proficiency essential, along with Microsoft Office

Current driver’s license required
