Renowned for delivering design-led, mid to high-rise multi-residential and mixed-use projects, this studio offers a collaborative and dynamic environment. They are looking for an experienced project architect to take the lead on large-scale multi-residential developments, working closely with a multidisciplinary team. This is a fantastic opportunity for a mid to senior-level professional ready to take the next step in their career.

Key Responsibilities

Oversee the design and delivery of mid to high-rise multi-residential projects

Coordinate with consultants, clients, and internal teams across all project stages

Ensure high-quality documentation and design outcomes, preferably using ArchiCAD (training provided if needed)

Support and mentor junior team members within a collaborative studio environment

Travel from Melbourne to Adelaide at times when required to oversee project delivery stages

Skills & Experience

Some experience with Adelaide based projects

Extensive experience in Australian multi-residential architecture, particularly mid to high-rise

Strong capability in project coordination and delivery

Proficiency in ArchiCAD preferred, however open to Revit, with a willingness to upskill in ArchiCAD
