There is an immediate need for an experienced Senior Project Architect/Project Leader to join this market leading practice in the delivery of Commercial projects. You will work in a well established sector with a strong and steady pipeline of work. With your experience you will balance taking responsibility for your own projects while also leading a team and overseeing and assisting them.

This is a well known studio that has organically built a reputation and portfolio with their clients that now fuels their strong position in the sector and their ongoing pipeline of projects.

As the ideal candidate you will:

• have delivered a range of Commercial projects
• have excellent communication and team leadership skills
• be established in the local market with good networks
• be highly skilled using Revit
• have excellent construction knowledge and detailing skills
• maintain excellent relationships with clients and external consultants and stakeholders
• be experienced in planning and resourcing projects and managing the project budgets
