THE ROLE

We are seeking a highly motivated Project Architect to join our growing team. This is a senior role suited to someone who thrives on responsibility, brings strong design and technical skills, and has the confidence to lead conversations with clients, consultants, and stakeholders.

As a Project Architect, you won’t just be “working on projects”, you’ll be owning them. From concept through to delivery, you will drive design outcomes, manage workflows, and inspire those around you. Your role will be pivotal in shaping client relationships and ensuring that every project reflects our standards of excellence.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

Lead projects end-to-end: design, documentation, coordination, and delivery.

Build strong, trusted relationships with clients through direct engagement.

Coordinate consultants and internal teams to achieve seamless outcomes.

Manage timelines, resources, and budgets with confidence and clarity.

Contribute to our design culture by mentoring junior team members.

KEY REQUIREMENTS

5+ years post registration experience in architecture preferably within the aged care sector (with project leadership exposure).

Proficiency in Revit and Lumion or Enscape.

Strong communication skills and confidence in face-to-face client engagement.

Demonstrated ability to manage complex project workflows and deadlines.
