About the Role
We’re looking for a skilled Refrigeration & Air Conditioning Mechanic to maintain and repair our site-based systems in a high-demand FMCG manufacturing environment. This is a full-time afternoon shift position, reporting to the Senior Service Technician.
What You’ll Do
Service, maintain and repair refrigeration and air-conditioning systems
Diagnose and resolve faults quickly and effectively
Work with ammonia-based refrigeration systems (essential)
Read and interpret technical drawings and schematics
Champion safety and compliance in all tasks
What You’ll Bring
Certificate III in Refrigeration & Air Conditioning (trade qualified)
Full Refrigerant Handling Licence (ARCtick)
Industrial experience, ideally in FMCG
NSW Restricted Electrical Licence (minimum)
Strong fault-finding and repair skills
Current manual driver’s licence
Ability to pass pre-employment medical and drug & alcohol screening
Working at Heights and Confined Space tickets (highly desirable)
Valid working rights in Australia
