About the role

Join our dynamic team as an Air Conditioning and Refrigeration Technician at Venture Air Conditioning. In this full-time role based in Sydney, NSW, you will play a crucial part in maintaining and repairing air conditioning and refrigeration systems for our diverse range of commercial and residential clients. Your expertise will be vital in ensuring their comfort and satisfaction.

What you'll be doing

Performing scheduled and reactive maintenance on various air conditioning and refrigeration systems

Diagnosing and troubleshooting issues with HVAC equipment and applying practical solutions

Installing new air conditioning and refrigeration units as per client requirements

Consulting with clients to understand their needs and provide tailored recommendations

Maintaining detailed records of all work undertaken and parts used

Ensuring all work is completed safely, efficiently and in compliance with industry regulations

What we're looking for

Formal trade qualification in Air Conditioning and Refrigeration or equivalent

Minimum 3 years of hands-on experience as an Air Conditioning and Refrigeration Technician

Strong technical skills in fault diagnosis, maintenance and installation of HVAC systems

Excellent customer service orientation and communication skills

Ability to work independently as well as collaboratively within a team

Valid driver's licence

Nsw trade licence

Arctic licence
