About the role:

DJ STANIFORTH & CO is seeking a full-time Qualified Air-Conditioning Technician to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for providing expert maintenance and repair services for a range of air conditioning systems. Your work will play a vital role in ensuring our customers stay comfortable all year round. Servicing customers across the Greater Sydney area with our head office based in Seven Hills, NSW.

Role Responsibilities:

Service and repair a variety of commercial and domestic air conditioning systems, including brand specific warranty work;

Diagnose and troubleshoot issues with HVAC systems;

Perform scheduled preventative maintenance;

Advise customers on the most suitable systems for their needs and budget;

Ensure all work is completed to a high standard and complies with industry regulations;

Maintain accurate records of all work performed using Simpro app;

Provide exceptional customer service at all times.

Minimum Role Requirements:

Certificate Ill in Air Conditioning and Refrigeration or equivalent.

ARCtick Refrigerant Handling licence.

Current Whitecard.

Current Australian driver's licence (Provisional class or above).

Excellent problem-solving and diagnostic skills.

Ability to work independently as well as part of a team.

Excellent customer service skills and the ability to communicate technical information clearly.
