About the role

We are seeking a skilled and experienced Residential Air Conditioning technician to join our growing team at KYC AIRCONDITIONING. This full-time role will be based across Sydney Metropolitan and will involve the installation, maintenance and repair of residential air conditioning systems.

What you'll be doing

• Installing new air conditioning units in residential properties
• Performing routine maintenance and servicing on existing air conditioning systems
• Troubleshooting and repairing faults in residential air conditioning equipment
• Advising customers on optimal air conditioning solutions for their homes
• Ensuring all work is completed to a high standard and in compliance with industry regulations
• Maintaining detailed records of all work undertaken
• Supporting the broader operations of the business as required

What we're looking for

• Formal qualifications in air conditioning or refrigeration, such as a Certificate III in Air Conditioning and Refrigeration
• Minimum 5 years' experience as a residential air conditioning technician
• Strong technical knowledge of air conditioning systems and fault-finding procedures
• Excellent customer service skills and the ability to communicate technical information clearly
• A valid driver's license
• A keen eye for detail and a commitment to safe work practices
