Seeking an experienced Warehouse administrator to perform data entry, closing off orders, inventory adjustments, allocating customer orders and other various admin duties.

Key Responsibilities:

Provide administrative support to the warehouse operations team

Maintain accurate inventory records using warehouse management systems (WMS)

Coordinate with warehouse staff and delivery drivers

Support stock control and regular inventory audits

Prepare shipping labels and delivery notes

Communicate with 3PL partners to ensure timely fulfillment

Investigate order discrepancies or customer complaints

Requirements:

Basic computer skills (Microsoft Office, especially Excel)

Strong attention to detail and organisational skills

Previous experience in a warehouse or logistics environment preferred

Excellent reporting and communication skills
