We provide landscaping services in aged care, residential and commercial, where our clients aren't just looking for a garden to be maintained, they're looking for people that care. What we're looking for:

Experienced Team Leader: You've got proven experience leading small teams (2-4 people) and the know-how to manage a garden from start to finish, including setting up and packing down.

Self-Starter: Delegate tasks and keep the team efficient and productive whilst maintaining WGM's high standard of quality on every job

Client-Focused: You'll communicate with clients to understand their needs and ensure you deliver exactly what they're looking for.

Go-getter: You have energy! You have enthusiasm and you want to be the best version of yourself in being of service to others.

Minimum 3-5 years of hands-on gardening and landscaping experience

Current Australian driver's licence

Proficiency with mowing equipment, power tools, and landscaping machinery

Knowledge of plant care, pruning techniques, and seasonal maintenance

Australian citizenship, permanent residency

Ability to pass a police background check
