Our client is a large NSW Government Organisation who are seeking a Senior Identity & Access Governance Analyst to join their team.

The primary focus of this role is to develop an architecture view and provide leadership and direction to the technical team to help realize security initiatives, Strategy, and framework for use by the Systems Integrators and Agency stakeholders for the collateral and coordinate related activities around it.

Key Responsibilities for Senior Regulatory Officer:

1. Drive identity governance initiatives and develop and continuously improve the identity governance function to support internal policies, regulatory compliance, and industry standards
   
2. Oversee and run identity governance campaigns using the identity governance tool to ensure the reviews are successfully completed and objectives are met.
   
3. Build strategic relationships and work with internal and external stakeholders to expand the identity governance function, build capability, drive a governance culture and develop trust and confidence in the IAM function.
   
4. Provide data and IAM system activities and generate reports detailing the activities and usage of the identity & access management system, to support and inform audits and security assessments.
   

Selection Criteria:

1. Experience and familiarity with IAM governance policies, processes, systems and best practice methodologies in a commercial environment and/or the public sector
   

On offer is a contract role at a highly sought after NSW Government Organisation, with a highly competitive daily rate. There is also the strong possibility of extension, or conversion to a permanent role.
