About the Role:
Talent Web is proud to exclusively partner with St Scholastica’s College in Glebe to recruit a dedicated and experienced Property Services Manager.
St Scholastica’s is an independent Catholic girls’ school and one of 10 Good Samaritan schools across Australia.

The Property Services Manager role is a broad and impactful leadership role with oversight across maintenance, minor works, contractor performance, soft services, compliance and safety, while also mentoring a small in-house team.
You’ll play a critical part in setting up the Facilities Management framework and take ownership of the facilities function.

Responsibilities:

• Coordinate reactive, preventative, and asset lifecycle maintenance across the College property portfolio
• Manage CAPEX and minor works projects from inception to completion
• Lead a small internal team and oversee the performance of external contractors
• Ensure compliance with WHS, fire, hazardous materials and other facilities-related safety obligations
• Oversee soft services including cleaning, security, fleet, and logistics
• Drive continuous improvement initiatives in line with the College’s operational goals
• Administer systems such as the Asset Management System (AMS), BMS and security systems

Requirements:

• Proven experience in facilities management, ideally within education, multi campus, or complex property portfolios
• Experience with capital projects, contractor management, and WHS compliance
• Ability to think proactively, solve problems, and drive innovation
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
