About the Role

We’re looking for a Structural Draftsperson to join our dedicated team. In this role, you’ll produce accurate, buildable drawings in AutoCAD and play a key part in keeping projects moving. Alongside drafting, you’ll also support the office with light admin such as document control, phone enquiries, and basic invoicing - all of which help our projects run smoothly.

What you’ll do

Prepare and update structural drawings, details and documentation in AutoCAD to company and Australian standards.

Convert engineering mark-ups into accurate plans, sections, and details.

Coordinate with engineers, builders and consultants; issue drawing packages.

Maintain drawing registers, revision control, and issue logs.

Assist with phones, document control, and basic administrative tasks.

About You

Experience in AutoCAD for structural drafting (0–5 years; suitable for juniors and graduates).

Understanding of construction and materials (concrete, steel, timber, masonry) .

Comfortable reading and producing plans, elevations, sections, and connection details.

Organised, proactive, and motivated by personal and professional growth.

Current Australian work rights and strong written/spoken English.
