Key responsibilities

• Build strong relationships with business stakeholders and resolver groups to agree priorities, resourcing, and timelines
• Design and run change workflows, establish CAB practices, and define approval paths
• Coordinate change schedules across multiple providers under SIAM governance to minimise disruption
• Track change requests end to end, monitor service impact, and report on outcomes
• Provide guidance and coaching to resolution teams while staying current on the customer's technology landscape

Skills & Experience

• Proven background in business analysis, process design, and organisational change (public sector experience valued)
• Practical experience operating an ITIL-aligned Change Management process, including training/coaching (ITIL v4 Foundation ideal; ~18-24 months in a similar role)
• Comfortable working within SIAM models and multi-provider environments
• Success delivering change in large, complex IT settings, with exposure to service transition/release, SACM, continuity, capacity/availability, risk, and CSI
• Excellent written, verbal, and presentation skills with confidence in client-facing forums
• NV1/NV2 Clearance
