About the Opportunity

Work with an established and trusted provider of advisory, consultancy, professional, and technical support services to undertake poignant engagements for clients within:

Key Responsibilities

• Lead the definition, documentation, and ongoing management of requirements from stakeholders, ensuring alignment with project objectives throughout the lifecycle.
• Establish and drive comprehensive plans for implementing business and system changes, managing timelines, resources, and risks to ensure successful delivery.
• Initiate and maintain productive relationships with stakeholders, proactively managing their needs, expectations, and feedback.
• Evaluate existing business processes and redesign them to boost operational efficiency, quality, and service delivery.
• Develop and oversee structured testing programs to validate that all solutions meet or exceed defined quality standards.
• Provide tailored consultancy and strategic advice to support change initiatives and foster adoption across the business.

Guiding SFIA Skills

• Requirements Definition and Management (REQM): Eliciting, analysing, validating, and managing requirements throughout the project lifecycle.
• Change Implementation Planning and Management (CIPM): Planning and overseeing the implementation of business and system changes.
• Stakeholder Relationship Management (RLMT): Identifying, analysing, and engaging stakeholders to ensure effective delivery of requirements and solutions.
• Business Process Improvement (BPRE): Assessing and improving business processes to enhance performance, efficiency, or quality.
• Testing (TEST): Designing and executing tests to ensure the quality and effectiveness of business and system solutions.
• Consultancy (CNSL): Providing expert advice and recommendations to drive successful business change and technology adoption.
