About the Role:
Communicare is seeking a strategic and people-focused Human Resources Manager to lead the operational delivery of HR business partnership and payroll services in a permanent full time capacity from our head office in Cannington.

As the Human Resources Manager, you’ll play a central role in shaping the employee experience across the organisation. You’ll provide expert guidance to senior leaders and team members on a wide range of complex HR matters, while driving continuous improvement, best practice, and a culture of performance, safety, and wellbeing.

This position is key to ensuring our People and Culture function delivers high-quality, customer-focused services that align with Communicare’s Strategic Plan, policies, and values.

Leading a high-performing HR and payroll team to deliver best-practice, customer-focused services.

Managing the strategic relationship with the Executive Team and their functions, providing timely strategic, operational and technical advice, coaching, and day-to-day guidance on all HR matters.

Leading initiatives that continuously improve the employee experience, performance and the capability of managers to lead Managing complex employee relations matters, investigations, and industrial issues.

Driving continuous improvement in HR systems, processes, and service delivery.

About You

You’re a confident and compassionate leader with a deep understanding of contemporary HR practices and a passion for building inclusive, high-performing workplaces. Whether through formal qualifications in Human Resources or equivalent experience, you bring strategic insight and operational excellence to everything you do.

You will have:

Leadership Experience: Proven ability to lead multidisciplinary teams across HR, payroll, and talent acquisition.

Strategic Influence: Skilled in partnering with senior leaders to align people strategies with organisational goals.

Industrial Relations Expertise: Strong knowledge of employment legislation, industrial instruments, and workplace relations.

Problem Solver: Confident in managing complex and sensitive people matters with discretion and integrity.

Continuous Improvement Mindset: Committed to enhancing systems, processes, and the employee experience.

Collaborative Communicator: Builds trusted relationships with internal and external stakeholders to drive outcomes.
