About the role

This full-time role is based in Wangara, WA 6065 is an exciting opportunity to contribute to the success of this respected marine business. As an apprentice/trainee, you will play a key part in learning & delivering high-quality workmanship to an exceptional customer service level for Platinum Suzuki Marine's valued clientele.

What you'll be doing

Obtain a trade qualification in Marine Mechanics at TAFE & in-house training

Collaborate with the service team to ensure seamless delivery of maintenance and repair services

Learn & maintain comprehensive product knowledge to effectively match customer needs with the best solutions

Contribute to achieving sales targets and business growth objectives

Deliver outstanding customer service and build lasting relationships with clients

Support marketing initiatives and help promote the Suzuki Marine brand

What we're looking for

Basic knowledge of marine/automotive engines, parts and accessories

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

Ability to work independently and as part of a team to achieve shared goals

Passion for the marine industry and a commitment to delivering outstanding customer experiences

Willingness to continually learn and expand your product knowledge

Basic computer systems, point-of-sale software and Microsoft Office applications
