About the Role

PHASE3 is renowned for specializing in the construction and maintenance of playgrounds, skate parks, and public open spaces across Western Australia. As a Landscape Apprentice, you'll be an integral part of our team, helping us maintain extraordinary public spaces that exceed our clients' expectations. This is a full-time, hands-on role where you'll be responsible for the maintenance of a wide variety of landscaping elements, working closely with our experienced team.

What You'll Be Doing

Hands-on maintenance of our premium landscape projects.

Operating landscaping machinery and equipment safely and effectively.

Collaborating with the maintenance team to ensure all maintenance work is completed to the highest standard.

Adhering to all health and safety policies and procedures – your safety is our priority.

Participating in ongoing training and development to continuously enhance your skills.

What We're Looking For

We're searching for keen individuals who are eager to learn and grow.

A current driver's license and a construction white card are essential.

While not mandatory, past landscaping-related experience or training will be viewed favorably.

A strong work ethic, a willingness to learn, and a commitment to delivering high-quality work.

Excellent communication skills and a collaborative spirit.
