We are looking for experienced Food & Beverage Attendants to represent Sidekicker at popular stadiums, convention centres and conferences in Melbourne.

Responsibilities:

Deliver seamless and professional food and beverage service in a corporate or fine dining environment, ensuring a world-class guest experience

Execute precise table setups and multi-course dining service, with expert knowledge of cutlery use and silver service techniques

Provide professional beverage service, including wine service

Confidently carry and manage trays for beverages, canapés, and à la carte service

Maintain the highest standards of grooming, etiquette, and compliance with food safety and hygiene regulations

Qualifications:

Previous experience in a 5-star hotel, fine dining, or corporate hospitality environment

Proven expertise in silver service and multi-course fine dining protocols

Strong skills in beverage service, including Champagne presentation and wine etiquette

Excellent communication skills, with polished and professional English

High standards of personal presentation, attention to detail, and professionalism

Certifications in Responsible Service of Alcohol (RSA)
