Job summary

1915 is looking for enthusiastic food and beverage attendants to join our growing team! The venue is open 7 days a week for both lunch and dinner. We host a range of functions from corporate events, to birthday parties and weddings - Our wide range of offerings allows us to provide opportunities for growth and skill diversification.

Key accountabilities:

Proficiency in both a bar and floor setting.

Motivate and engage with the team to consistently deliver exceptional customer experience.

Help grow a positive Safety Culture to ensure that our people remain safe at work.

Strong use of our POS system - Impos.

Strong use of our rostering platform - Deputy.

Strong use of our reservation system - Nowbookit.

Ensuring functions are appropriately prepared for and run smoothly, working with the Events Manager.

Managing and maintaining company policies and procedures.

Ability to work calmly and cohesively in a team environment.

About you:

Previous experience in a similar role (preferred but not essential).

Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills.

Current Victorian RSA Certificate (or bridging certificate).

Creative ideas.

Available on weekends.
