ENGCO Projects is seeking a dynamic and experienced Civil Site Engineer to join our expanding team. We deliver high-quality project delivery, safety, and commercial services—especially in rail infrastructure—supporting Tier 1 civil contractors with expertise and reliability. We are currently seeking a Civil Site Engineer with 2–5 years of experience to join our growing team, working on high-profile rail infrastructure projects across Victoria.

Key Responsibilities:

Lead on-site civil engineering functions for rail construction and infrastructure projects.

Oversee site operations including Earthworks, Pavements, Utilities, CSR, retaining walls, station construction, drainage works, and level crossing upgrades.

Coordinate with subcontractors and stakeholders to ensure project schedules, quality, and safety requirements are met.

Maintain accurate site documentation including ITPs, daily records, permits, and reporting.

Monitor safety, environmental, and quality compliance on site.

Collaborate closely with project managers, safety advisors, quality teams, and commercial staff to deliver seamless project integration.

Essential Experience & Skills:

Degree-qualified in Civil Engineering (or equivalent).

2–5 years of site-based experience in civil construction, ideally within rail or infrastructure projects.

RIW and White Card required

Demonstrated understanding of rail site construction, including track formation, drainage, structures, or signaling.

Competent in engineering supervision, stakeholder communication, and site documentation.

A strong emphasis on safety, quality, and collaborative project delivery.
