Football NSW is seeking a Club Technical Development Coordinator to lead the way in supporting clubs deliver high-performance environments that support player and coach development across our talented player pathway clubs.

Your Role
The Technical Administration Coordinator will support the Football NSW Technical department across a range of areas to ensure its continued professional, attentive and organised approach to its programs and events. The coordinators responsibility will change based on the Departments primary focus throughout the year and will include the effective administration and communication for coach education courses, player development programs and interactions with Clubs and Associations to build their capabilities.
This role will support Football NSW and the Technical Department strive towards improving the football development opportunities and pathway to ensure provide accountability, delivery of best practice and capability building within our ecosystem.
The position is part-time based at Valentine Sports Park, Glenwood however may require weekend and evening working hours to complete the responsibilities.
Key Areas of Responsibilities
· Effective & timely communication of Coach Education course information to students
· Track & report coach education attendance, task completion and course completion requirements
· Support in the organisation & delivery of coach education events and programs
· Support the administration for the FNSW Talented player programs; Talent Support Program & Emerging Championships
· Contribute to improving workflow and administration processes
· Ensure compliance with organisational policies and processes to ensure high-quality delivery of services to members
Knowledge, Skills and Behaviour Required
Proficiency with Microsoft Office suite (Word, Excel, Outlook, Teams, etc.)
Highly organised with strong interpersonal, written, and verbal communication skills
Ability to prioritise and manage tasks effectively within tight deadlines
Collaborative team player with a proactive mindset
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
Commitment to evidence-based decision-making
Eligibility to work in Australia
Alignment with Football NSW policies, procedures, and behavioural standards
Valid Working with Children Check and current driver’s licence
Unique criteria
This role may require evening & weekend work which will be included within normal working hours as part of the role contract.
