We take a hands-on approach when it comes to running our venues and ensure our team are supported when delivering what our venues have to offer to our customers.
About you
Experience in a similar role would be ideal, however we provide full training for the right candidate.
This role is an entry level position with a minimum requirement of 25hrs per week (3 days) and up to 38hrs if desired.
We require someone with excellent time management skills, the ability to work in a team and autonomously, whilst managing and meeting tasks set by the office manager.
Ideally you would be ready for an immediate start.
To be successful in this role you will need:
Excellent written and verbal communication skills
Attention to detail and accuracy
Intermediate computer skills - Outlook, Word & Excel
To be organised by nature and have the ability to multitask efficiently and effectively
Professional phone manner
You will be directly reporting to the Office / Accounts Manager and your duties will include but are not limited to:
Answering incoming calls
Document preparation - Scanning / Filing
Data Entry
General office administration support to the office team
