What you'll be doing:

• Own the codebase & influence core tech direction
• Drive engineering best practices and setting high standards for code quality, reliability, security, and scalability across the stack.
• Shape architecture, system design, and contributing to roadmap planning.
• Writing clean, well-tested, and maintainable code across backend and frontend systems (Ruby on Rails, React, PostgreSQL).
• Contributing to building a high-performing, collaborative engineering team and fostering a culture of continuous learning.

What you'll bring to the team:

• Proven experience as a Fullstack Engineer with Ruby on Rails and React expertise.
• Strong experience with PostgreSQL or a demonstrated ability to quickly pick up new backend technologies (e.g., Python/Django, Golang).
• A thoughtful approach to problem-solving, with product intuition and a desire to lean into complex challenges.
• Excellent collaboration, communication, and a passion for fostering a healthy engineering culture.
