About the Role:

Join a fast-growing, product-led scale-up reshaping the consumer experience in the wellness space. With an ambitious roadmap, multiple new product lines, and an international launch ahead, they’re looking for a mid-senior Data Engineer to scale their data infrastructure and platform.

After a two-year transformation led by a top-notch data team, the foundations are solid and the stack is modern. Over the next 6–12 months, you’ll work alongside the Staff Data Engineer to integrate new data sources and infrastructure, setting the stage for a major product launch next year.

This is a hands-on role focused on building scalable, production-ready data pipelines that power marketing analytics, machine learning models, and statistical analysis.

We’re looking for:

• Proven track record in designing, optimising, and scaling data platforms using Snowflake, ideally in high-growth environments.
  
  
• Hands-on experience with AWS (S3, Glue, EMR), Spark (PySpark or Scala), Airflow, and Python.
  
  
• Expertise in SQL and Python, with production-ready code for batch and real-time use cases.
  
  
• Strong ETL/ELT skills and orchestration experience, with a focus on performance and optimisation.
  
  
• Ability to design data platforms using software engineering principles - from architecture to automation to testing - and work closely with Product, Analytics, and Engineering teams.
