The Opportunity
Due to exciting growth in our inclusive social enterprise café and training programs, we’re on the lookout for a passionate and motivated Hospitality & Program Support Officer to join our team in Kalgoorlie.
This is a part-time position (20 hours per week) working Thursday to Sunday, supporting the delivery of catering, training, and hospitality services that empower people with disability through real-world experience.
You’ll work closely with the Program Coordinator to ensure a high standard of service, smooth café operations, and a welcoming environment for customers and participants alike.
Award Level: Hospitality Industry (General) Award – Level 3.1
Days: Thursday to Sunday
Hours: 20 hours per week
Location: Kalgoorlie (local applicants only)
Key Responsibilities
Deliver high-quality catering and hospitality services
Plan menus and support inclusive event delivery
Lead by example in food prep, cleanliness, and service
Maintain stock levels and support efficient rostering
Collaborate with the team to support inclusive training for people with disability
Provide outstanding customer service with warmth and professionalism
What We’re Looking For
Essential
Food Safety Supervisor qualification
Experience working in a food environment and applying food safety practices
Excellent customer service skills
Ability to multi-task and maintain high standards
Strong computer and stock control skills
Team player with great communication and time management
Current National Police Clearance (within 3 months)
