Transport Training Academy are seeking a professional and qualified MC Trainer and Assessor to join our Industry leading team on either a casual, part-time, or full-time basis due to a substantial increase in demand. Contract is also considered.

South of the river Location with plenty of hours.

Duties & responsibilities:

Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of student progress

Assist students in completing necessary paperwork related to training and assessment

Identify and report any vehicle faults to supervisor

Ensure compliance with relevant safety regulations and procedures

Provide feedback and guidance to students to help them improve their driving abilities

Evaluate students' performance and determine whether they are ready to progress to the next level of training

Collaborate with other trainers and assessors to ensure consistency in training and assessment processes.

Position requirements:

Multi combination manual licencerequired

Certification as a Qualified Instructor with the Department of Transport

Certificate IV in Training & Assessment (TAE40116 or equivalent desirable)

Clear and effective communication skills with people of all ages and genders

Great customer service & interpersonal skill

Professionalism, reliable and punctual
