Join this established, design-focused architecture practice seeking a Mid-Level Architect to join their collaborative team, with a focus on aged care and retirement living projects.
This is an excellent opportunity for a registered or near-registered architect who is ready to take on more responsibility and contribute meaningfully to projects that prioritise wellbeing, community, and thoughtful design.

What You’ll Be Doing

• Contributing to and leading design development and documentation across all project phases
• Working closely with Directors and senior staff on the design of aged care and seniors living environments
• Managing consultant coordination, compliance, and authority approvals
• Supporting the delivery of high-quality outcomes on time and within scope
• Engaging directly with clients and stakeholders to maintain clear communication and uphold design intent

What You Must Have

• 5–8 years’ experience in architectural practice (aged care, retirement living or healthcare experience highly regarded)
• Proficiency in Revit – minimum 3+ years active project use is essential
• Sound understanding of BCA/NCC and relevant accessibility standards
• Strong design sensibility and attention to detail
• Good communication and coordination skills, and the ability to work both independently and collaboratively
• Registration as an architect (or working towards registration)
