Key Responsibilities

Collaborate on multi-residential and education projects from early design to delivery

Coordinate effectively with consultants and internal teams

Contribute to high-quality client presentations and project communications

Support the team in ensuring design intent is carried through documentation

Demonstrate initiative and confidence in stepping into a leadership role

Skills & Experience

5–8 years’ professional experience, ideally across the multi-res sector

Proficient in Revit, with working knowledge of Enscape, InDesign and Photoshop

Strong communication skills with confidence in client and team-facing environments

Experience managing project workflows and consultant coordination

A motivated team player with a proactive and growth-focused mindset
