About the role

Rent-a-Bomb, a leading provider of affordable vehicle rental services is seeking Car Rental Service Agent to join our team in Southbank, VIC. In this full-time/part time role, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service ensuring a seamless rental experience.

What you'll be doing

Efficiently processing rental agreements

Maintaining a thorough understanding of our rental fleet, rates and assisting customers with vehicle selection

Cleaning of vehicles including washing, vacuum and interior cleaning ensuring cleanliness and readiness of our rental vehicles

Administration duties including filing and infringement processing

What we're looking for

Previous experience in a customer-facing role, preferably in the car rental or automotive industry

Excellent problem-solving and conflict resolution skills

Proficient in using computer systems and point-of-sale software

flexibility to assist mechanic with minor vehicle checks

be able to drive a manual transmission vehicle

Valid Australian driver's licence is required

Australian permanent residency or citizenship is required
