We’re looking for a Member Banking Specialist who is passionate about helping people and eager to build a career in banking. Whether you bring prior experience in banking or financial services, or you're coming from retail, sales, or another customer-focused role, if you’re the right fit, we’ll support you with training and development to help you succeed.

What You’ll Do

Be the welcoming face of Bank Orange, providing friendly and professional service to members in-branch, over the phone, and online.

Assist with everyday banking needs, account openings, and product information.

Build strong relationships by listening actively, asking thoughtful questions, and offering tailored solutions.

Support and educate members in using digital banking tools like our Mobile App and Internet Banking.

Collaborate with internal teams and refer members to lending specialists when appropriate.

Ensure compliance with internal policies and external regulations, maintaining high standards of accuracy and integrity.

What You Bring

Experience in banking, financial services, or a customer-facing role such as retail or sales.

Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with a genuine desire to help others.

A proactive mindset and a team-oriented attitude.
