Our Customer Joy Team members are part organiser, part problem-solver, and full-time cheerleaders. You’re the go to person for our customers when they need things sorted quickly and made easy – and they always leave the convo feeling supported, stress-free and full of joy!

About the Role –
Your day-to-day will include:
Chatting with our fabulous customers via phone, email, and our online chat
Guiding schools through their gifting orders – giving advice, making changes, and following up so it’s all smooth sailing
Collaborating with schools to bring their Year 6 Leaver Shirts to life – from enquiry to delivery, ensuring the process is easy, stress-free and enjoyable
Collaborating with our design, marketing, and warehouse teams to make sure everything is on point
Keeping things organised behind the scenes with some admin tasks and order tracking (the little details that make the big difference!).
Maintaining that SGI signature joy in everything you do
You don’t need years of customer service experience to shine here – you just need warmth, good vibes, and a can-do attitude!

About You –
You’ll be the perfect fit if:
You’re a natural communicator, who makes people feel supported and understood
You’re organised, detail-oriented, and love ticking things off a to do list
You thrive when problem solving and can juggle multiple tasks at once
You work well in a team but also take initiative on your own
Customer service experience is a plus, but not a deal breaker – it’s about your energy, attitude, and willingness to learn as you go
You bring the vibes and enthusiasm everyday
Most importantly (and this is the biggest one): You’ve got the confidence to lead customers through the SGI journey. Making suggestions, offering advice, and showing them why we’re different (and better 😉) than other providers. You’ll pick up our processes quickly and use that knowledge to make every customer feel like they’re in the best hands.
