I'm looking for someone who's spent time in the trucking, transport, or logistics world and can bring that know-how into a customer support role.

You'll be the person who can talk shop with drivers, fleet managers, and mechanics while helping them get the most out of othe company's suite of specilaised software.

What the job looks like

• Taking calls and emails from clients and helping them sort issues quickly.
• Setting up new customers and getting their data sorted (yep, a bit of Excel work).
• Spotting problems and passing on the techy stuff to the developers.
• Giving feedback to the product team so the software keeps getting better.
• Helping build support guides that make life easier for our clients.

Who I'm chasing

• Someone with 3 or more years of experience working within a trucking, transport or logistics company.
• A people person who's worked in customer service and knows how to keep cool under pressure.
• Comfortable with Excel - doesn't need to be fancy, just solid.
• A problem solver who's curious about how systems work.
• Reliable, organised, and happy to work both in a team and on your own.
