What You'll Do

Create rich, inclusive, and engaging learning programs aligned with the Early Years Learning Framework (EYLF)

Build genuine relationships with children, families, and your colleagues

Ensure a safe, supportive, and inspiring learning environment

Document children’s learning and development meaningfully

Collaborate with your team through reflective practice, intentional teaching, and innovation

Maintain compliance with the National Quality Framework and uphold our strong child-safe culture

What We’re Looking For

We’re seeking educators and teachers who are:

Passionate about early education and nurturing children’s development

Positive, proactive, and genuinely collaborative

Committed to continuous improvement and inclusive practice

Excited to be part of a growing service and community

Essential Requirements:

ACECQA-recognised Certificate III, Diploma, or Bachelor of Early Childhood Education

Valid Working with Children Check

Current First Aid, CPR, Asthma & Anaphylaxis certificates

Child Protection training

Sound understanding of the NQF, EYLF, and child-safe principles
