Aboriginal Early Childhood Educator – Room Leader (Full time Position)

Remuneration: $31.66 - $34.13 (does not include new pay increases of 15%) (depending on qualifications and years of service) + annual leave loading + superannuation

Allira is seeking a passionate and experienced Early Childhood Educator – Room Leader to join our dedicated team at Allira’s Early Learning Centre.

In this rewarding role you will be responsible for planning, implementing and evaluating high quality education and care programs that reflect our holistic approach. Working closely with our experienced and supportive Early Years Team, you will create a safe, inclusive and nurturing environment for children and their families. As a room leader, you will also support the Centre’s Director and Teacher in the delivery of care and education programs that align with current legislation, Centre objectives, and the service’s philosophy and policies.

To be successful in this role you will require:

· Diploma in Early Childhood Education and Care

· Demonstrated experience in early childhood service provision and knowledge of early childhood development, including the Early Years Learning Framework and Child Safe Standards.

· Valid First Aid Certificate, WWCC, National Police Clearance and Driver's license.

· Excellent references.
