About the role

This is an exciting opportunity to join the dynamic team at instant Growth Advisory and Capital as an Executive Assistant. In this full-time role based in Claremont WA 6010, you will provide comprehensive administrative and executive support to the senior leadership team, playing a crucial part in the smooth running of the organisation.

What you'll be doing

Manage the day-to-day calendars and schedules of senior executives, coordinating meetings and travel arrangements

Provide high-level administrative support, including preparing correspondence, presentations, and reports

Liaise with internal and external stakeholders, acting as the primary point of contact for executives

Assist with special projects and ad-hoc tasks as required

Maintain and uphold strict confidentiality at all times

Contribute to the continuous improvement of administrative processes and procedures

What we're looking for

Proven experience as an Executive Assistant or Personal Assistant, ideally within a fast-paced, dynamic environment

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships at all levels

Exceptional organisational skills and the ability to prioritise and multitask effectively

Proficient in the use of Microsoft Office suite, including advanced skills in Excel and PowerPoint

Discretion and confidentiality are a must

Strong attention to detail and the ability to work independently
