We offer
Salary range between $97,368 - $101,263 per annum depending on skills/experience, + superannuation.
Salary packaging (up to $15,899 a year, + meal/entertainment benefit of $2,650 a year).
5 weeks annual leave per year
Christmas shut down period credited as additional leave.
LSL vested after 7 years of service.

Role description
Provide governance, personal and logistical support to the CEO, board, and key committees
Location
Perth
Hours
Full time – 75 hours per fortnight.
Duties
Assist the CEO, Operations Manager, Board and committees in relation to ensuring Rule Book, Election Manual, CAC/Board protocol and ILUA compliances.
Participate in CSC training and user groups as required and liaise with the CSC in relation to ensuring that agreed procedures associated with the CSC Services Agreement are followed by both the CSC and the Corporation
Provide support for corporate events, workshops, and conferences to the CEO and Operations Manager to ensure timelines and deliverables are met.
Act as the first point of contact for the CEO with internal and external stakeholders, screening and prioritising calls, emails, and correspondence, and escalating matters where necessary.
Prepare, format, and proofread documents, correspondence, and presentations for the CEO, and Board, and maintain accurate filing systems (both physical and electronic).
Proactively manage the CEO diaries, appointments, and deadlines, including coordination of travel arrangements and itineraries.
Ensure that strict standards are maintained in relation to confidential and private information.
Assist with Board, CAC and other committee meeting preparation and minute taking, including agenda drafting, collation of papers, timely distribution, and follow-up of action items.
Provide high-level administrative support to the CEO, Board and CAC including assistance with the production of reports and presentations, organisation of meetings, catering and related tasks including maintaining a register of matters in accordance with agreed protocols.
Draft and finalise communications to internal and external stakeholders for the CEO, Board and Cultural Advice Committee (CAC) and internal staff
Exceptional organisational skills with high attention to detail, including the ability to manage competing priorities, meet deadlines, and adapt to changing demands.
Demonstrated ability to exercise initiative, discretion, sound judgment, high level of professionalism and confidentiality always.
Undertake other related duties as directed by the CEO and Operations Manager.
Selection criteria
Essentials
Highly developed written and verbal communication skills, with a proven ability to prepare clear, concise, and professional reports, correspondence, and presentations.
Demonstrated experience within a similar role
Ability to multitask and prioritise effectively and positive and resilient can-do attitude and willing to learn and ability to seek innovative solutions to tasks
Demonstrated experience using computer and database software, including records management systems such as SharePoint and board management software such as BoardPro.
Proven ability to work collaboratively as part of a multidisciplinary team, building and maintaining effective relationships across all levels of the organisation.
Demonstrated advanced computer literacy, with strong proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint), Adobe Acrobat, and accurate data entry and processing skills.
Current driver’s license and the capacity to travel for meetings, events, and community engagements as required.
Desirable
Tertiary or vocational qualifications in business administration, governance, project management, or a related discipline.
