Business Development Manager - Homebush, Sydney

Due to an exciting growth phase, the provider is now looking for an experienced Business Development Manager to join their team.

The Role:

• Work closely with the Executive team to develop & implement strategic growth strategies in line with organisational goals.
• Conduct client assessments, build & maintain strong relationships with clients & families to ensure smooth onboarding.
• Build partnerships with government, community, and industry stakeholders & represent the organisation at industry events.
• Conduct market research and monitor competitors, trends, and regulations to guide strategic decisions.

About You:

• Experienced in a similar business development and sales focused role, ideally within aged care, community services or healthcare settings.
• Strong understanding of home care services, industry regulations & standards.
• Ability to think outside the box, build strong networks with a self driven approach to sales.
• Proficiency in CRM software and Microsoft office suite.
• Full Australian working rights
