Key Responsibilities
Provide day-to-day administrative support for academic and management.
Assist with application processing, enrolments, and student records.
Manage reception duties — greeting and assisting students, staff, and visitors in a professional and welcoming manner.
Handle and respond to enquiries (in person, by phone, and email) ensuring accurate information and timely follow-up.
Ensure adequate stock of office supplies and oversee the smooth operation of campus equipment, including computers and scanners.
Maintaining the campus environment is well-presented, clean, and professional, with reception and public areas maintained to a high standard.
Flexible support across administrative functions.
Requirements
Proven experience in an administrative role within the education sector.
Hands-on experience with student management systems (e.g., PRISMS, Meshed, Wisenet etc)
Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, Outlook).
Strong organisational, time-management, and multitasking skills.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
Professional presentation and ability to provide high-quality service to students from diverse cultural backgrounds.
Prior experience supporting international student administration (Highly Desirable)
