We are currently seeking an experienced Maintenance Gardener with prior leading hand experience to join our team in the North-West Melbourne.

The successful applicant will be responsible for maintaining the landscape of newly constructed parks, streetscapes and estate developments.

Key Responsibilities

Lead and motivate a small team each day

Run pre-starts and toolbox talks confidently

Carry out hands-on garden and landscape maintenance

Organise and manage daily works for the best outcomes

Maintain compliance with all OHS procedures

What You’ll Bring

Proven experience leading a crew in landscape maintenance

Current Victorian Driver’s Licence

White Card (Construction Induction)

Certificate in Parks & Gardens (highly regarded, not essential)

A strong safety mindset and a collaborative attitude
