What you’ll do:

• Own technical design, architecture, and upgrade strategy for D365 F&O
• Configure and extend native features to deliver business solutions
• Design and implement custom solutions in X++ and .NET when necessary
• Deliver secure, scalable integrations with Azure services and APIs
• Lead code reviews, manage technical standards, and ensure best practices
• Act as a trusted advisor, championing platform first solutions and minimising technical debt

What you’ll bring:

• 5+ years hands on experience with Dynamics 365 F&O (X++, configuration, integrations)
• Expertise in OOTB features, security, and extensibility
• Strong Azure integration skills (Logic Apps, Service Bus, API Management)
• Experience with CI/CD (Azure DevOps), test automation (RSAT), and release pipelines
• Ability to balance business needs with sustainable technical solutions

Bonus points for:

• FMCG, eCommerce, or manufacturing experience
• Knowledge of Power Platform and related tools
• Exposure to D365 CRM or complex third party integrations
