This role is based in Sydney, with two days per week in their premium CBD office space. The territory covers the NSW region, and applications will only be considered from candidates currently residing in New South Wales.

The Position:

As the Business Development Manager, you will meet with potential customers, leverage partner and provider relationships, work closely with industry bodies and provide valuable advice and solutions to your market.

  • Consistently achieve or surpass monthly sales activity goals
  • Identify and qualify leads using a strategic, consultative sales approach
  • Proactively prospect daily to uncover and drive new business opportunities
  • Deliver compelling product demos and lead value-driven client conversations
  • Develop strong industry relationships and represent the business at key events
  • Maintain an accurate, high-quality Salesforce pipeline and provide weekly activity updates
  • Offer actionable market and competitor insights to support ongoing strategy
  • Stay informed on regional legislation and share relevant updates with the team

The Person:

  • Consistent top-performer with a proven track record of meeting and exceeding sales targets
  • 3+ years' experience in tech sales or driving growth within the property management sector
  • Background in SaaS or PropTech sales highly regarded
  • Real estate and property management knowledge considered a strong advantage
  • Expert prospector and networker, confident in building strong pipelines
  • Self-motivated and independent, with the ability to align closely with business goals
  • Customer-first mindset with a passion for building trusted, long-term partnerships
  • Open to travel as needed to support growth and relationship development
