Robert Half are exclusively engaged with Australia's largest meat and food processing company. The organisation has been growing year-on-year with new projects and over 70 sites set up across the country.

The Role:

This infrastructure team are currently in the midst of running a windows 11 Intune upgrade project, where they're required to deploy over 4000 devices. They are looking to onboard an Intune Specialist to assist with the current rollout.

Key Responsibilities:

• You're playing the role of the Intune Specialist in the current Intune Windows 11 project
• Assist with running updates, scripts, patching on Intune & Azure
• Application Packaging via SCCM & Intune
• Tidy up the environment after migrating to Windows 11
• Strengthen the Service Desk and Desktop Support team with proper training
• Handle end-user hardware, from the procurement process to the decommissioning stage
• Verify the security standards of devices and software

About You:

We are looking for someone with good communication, technical expertise, and a proactive attitude. You will need to be able to manage time effectively and collaborate with the Systems Admin and Service Desk Team Lead.

Key Skills & Experience Required:

• Previous experience in a windows 11 project.
• Previous experience in application packaging, security & group policy.
• Decent knowledge of Intune, SCCM and Office 365 suite.
• Basic understanding of networking concepts and troubleshooting.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• A problem-solving mindset with the ability to work independently.
