M365 Platform Lead – Drive, Secure & Optimise a Statewide Microsoft 365 Environment

Are you ready to take ownership of a large-scale Microsoft 365 environment and lead it through a strategic transition from outsourced to in-house management? This role offers the chance to shape, secure, and optimise a mission-critical M365 platform while working across Exchange Online, SharePoint Online, Teams, OneDrive, Entra ID, and Azure AD B2C.

Key Highlights:

• Lead a high-impact M365 transition: Take full ownership of an enterprise-scale Microsoft 365 tenancy (up to 1,000 users), guiding its migration from vendor-managed to internally supported, while embedding best-practice security, compliance, and governance.
• End-to-end platform mastery: Administer and enhance the full Microsoft 365 ecosystem – from advanced tenant configurations, licensing, MFA, conditional access, and privileged identity management to automation via PowerShell, Microsoft Graph, and Power Automate.
• Shape the digital workplace of the future: Influence platform strategy, adoption, and service improvements while ensuring high availability, optimised performance, and adherence to stringent security standards in a large-scale public sector environment.
