About the Role

This is a full-time position, working Tuesday through Saturday, with availability on Saturdays essential. As our Studio & Marketing Coordinator, you will ensure the seamless day-to-day running of our skincare, brow & makeup studio. Your responsibilities will include managing schedules, coordinating appointments, supporting the team, and delivering exceptional client service. Additionally, you will assist in marketing efforts, including managing social media platforms to enhance our brand presence.

What We’re Looking For

- Minimum of 3 years of experience in a similar role within the skincare or beauty industry, this is an essential criteria

- Strong organisational and multitasking skills, to be capable to work independently

- A proactive, customer-focused attitude

- Excellent communication and problem-solving abilities

- Experience and familiarity with social media management and marketing strategies

- Minimum of 1+ years of experience in marketing or a related field

- Adobe InDesign skills

- Experience with Adobe Illustrator, Photoshop, InDesign

- Proficiency in Canva is essential

- Exceptional attention to detail and ability to work autonomously while managing multiple tasks and deadlines

- A creative eye with good photography and videography skills

- Experience with Google Analytics, SEO and Facebook Ads Manager

Hours & Position Availability

Full-time hours immediately available for a highly skilled Studio & Marketing Coordinator 35.5 hours per week.

Remuneration: Above Award wages (generous wages dependent on skills and experience)
