About the role
Every great company needs someone behind the scenes keeping things running smoothly – and that’s where you come in.
We’re looking for a motivated all-rounder to join our team and take charge of the day-to-day admin that keeps our projects moving. This role is a mix of administration, organisation, and support, and you’ll be working alongside a friendly crew who will truly value your hard work.
No two days will be the same. From managing calls and paperwork to supporting project teams and site managers, you’ll be the go-to person for keeping the office organised and on track.
Your daily activities will include (but aren’t limited to):
Reception duties – answering and directing calls, greeting visitors
Managing incoming and outgoing mail
Processing invoices and purchase orders
Assisting with project documentation and compliance records
Data entry and maintaining company databases
Supporting managers with scheduling, travel bookings, and meeting coordination
Filing, scanning, and general office organisation
Ordering and maintaining office supplies
Any other admin tasks to keep the wheels turning smoothly

We’re looking for someone with:
Excellent verbal and written communication skills
Strong attention to detail and problem-solving ability
Proficiency in Microsoft Word and Excel (bonus points if you’ve used project or job management software)
Great time management and the ability to juggle multiple priorities
A positive attitude and willingness to learn about our industry
Prior admin experience in construction, trades, or a similar environment is highly regarded but not essential
